The palate is complex, soft and round - the brioche character amply backed up by attractive red fruits. Fine, persistent mousse and balanced acidity ensures the wine finishes clean and dry.

The fifth release of our ‘Methode Traditionelle’.  4.5 years on lees has provides complexity that is bound to impress many fans of high-quality sparkling wine.
