2020 'Les Saignees' Dolcetto Rose

Attractive notes of strawberries and cream, watermelon, cranberry and hints of red confectionery, along with some subtle barrel characters and chalky dustiness.


A dry Rose made from a blend of Dolcetto and Pinot Noir.  The Dolcetto is picked early and pressed off skins quickly and then blended with a portion of Pinot Noir 'bleedings' to add depth, colour and complexity.  Partially fermented in old French barriques.  


70% Dolcetto, 30% Pinot Noir.
