Taking inspiration from the dry styles of Pinot Gris from Alsace. This vintage was slightly lower in yield, providing an excellent concentration of flavour. A small amount of the wine is fermented in barrel for complexity.
The 'Beurre Bosc' is named after the pear orchard that was 'repurposed' for Pinot Gris vines when Pike & Joyce was established.
