The 2019 'Les Saignees' Dolcetto Pinot Noir Rose has a smaller Pinot Noir component than previous years, meaning it's the Dolcetto's time to shine! 

Attractive notes of strawberries and cream, watermelon, cranberry and hints of red confectionery, along with some subtle barrel characters and chalky dustiness.

A dry Rose made from a blend of Dolcetto and Pinot Noir.  The Dolcetto is picked early and pressed off skins quickly and then blended with a portion of Pinot Noir 'bleedings' to add depth, colour and complexity.  Partially fermented in old French barriques.  91% Dolcetto, 9% Pinot Noir.
