Medium weighted, bright red fruits and cola carry though, before savoury elements of earth and dried hrbs arrive. Robust yet refined chalky tannins combine the bright acidity to provide an exceptionally long finish.
This 8th release of Nebbiolo from our Lenswood vineyard, high in the Adelaide Hills continues to be a passion project of our winemaking team. As these vines age and develop, we excitedly see this wine improve each vintage. Approachable but will improve over the next 6-8 years.This is a wine that is best served with food, ideally something with protein and some fat. Along these lines, Steak Frites with mushroom works exceptionally well.
