The 8th release of Nebbiolo from our Lenswood vineyard in Adelaide Hills continues to be a passion project for our Winemaking team, As these vines age and develop, we excitedly see this wine improve each vintage. Approachable but will improve over the next 6-8 years. This is a wine that is best served with food. Ideally something with protein and some fat. Along these lines,Steak Frites with mushroom works exceptionally well.
