Shipping policy
All online orders must be for shipment of goods within Australia only. Pike & Joyce Wines use Australia Post for all orders within Australia. We will use Australia Post to ship to PO Boxes on your request. Tracking details will be emailed to you when your order is dispatched.

PLEASE NOTE:
- Calls cannot be made prior to delivery.
- Wine can not be left outside the boundary line of a property.
- 'Special Delivery Instructions' are a guide, it is not a guarantee that these instructions will be followed. Due to OH&S it is at the driver's discretion as to whether they deem the instructions safe to adhere to.
- If you have not provided Authority to Leave and are not in attendance when delivery is attempted, Australia Post will return the consignment your local depot, or a nearby Post Office to await collection or redelivery. A card will be left in your letter box to advise of contact details to arrange re-delivery or collection. Australia Post will require you to collect the consignment from your local Post Office, it will not be re-delivered.
- Persons under 18 years of age cannot sign or accept delivery of wine products.
- Pike & Joyce Wines and Australia Post will not be held responsible for any missing goods when authority has been provided for your goods to be delivered without a signature unless insurance has been applied to the order.
