Bright cherry red.
Intense, fleshy red fruits lift immediately from the glass. Ripe strawberry compote and raspberry coulis lead, followed by tart rhubarb notes - freash and vibrant rather than stewed, with subtle earthy undertones adding depth and complexity.
Medium bodied with a core of concentrated red cherry fruit, edging toward a cherry liqueur sweetness. Gentle hints of charry oak sit quiety in the background, supporting rather than dominating. The palate is soft and supple, with fine tannins showing a touch of fruit-derived grip and just the faintest edge of stalky complexity. Excellent balance thoughout, finishing long, poised and seamless.
A vibrant and expressive release, combining ripe red - fruit generosity with freshness, finesse and length. Beautifully balanced and already drinking superbly, this is a polished and complete expression of Pinot Noir from our Lenswood vineyard. Enjoy with duck ragu pappardelle.
