This 8th release of Nebbiolo from our Lenswood vineyard,high in the Adelaide Hills continues to be a passion project for our Winemaking team. As these vines age and develop we excitedly see this wine improve each vintage. Approachable but will improve over the next 6-8 years. This is a wine the is best served with food,ideally something with protein and some fat. Along these lines,Steak Frite with mushroom works exceptionally well.
